The Cherry peppers coring machine Mod. DPC 24 is suitable for removing the core and cleaning the internal seeds of cherry peppers of various diameters, previously calibrated.

The operators manually position the chillies in the various slots, after which the various phases of coring, suction and blowing of the seeds take place automatically in order to obtain a clean product, ready for filling.
