Description

The continuous linear cooker with pre-cooker Mod. CTL 40-P is suitable for carrying out the cooking process of raw artichokes, before processing. Complete with product feeding elevator.
The dimensions of the structure vary depending on the production capacity required.
It allows initial cooking at 48° – 50° and therefore avoids thermal shock for some varieties of artichokes such as the Imperial Star.
